Dr. Richards completed both his surgical internship and urologic residency at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, NY. In addition, he also trained in uro-oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, NY.

Dr. Steven Richards is Board Certified in Urology and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is also a Member of the American Urologic Association and the American Association of Clinical Urologists.

He is a Past President for the Middlesex County Medical Society and an active member in the Medical Society of New Jersey.

He has been voted Top Doctor by Castle Connolly each year since 2008.

Emily Balint, PA-C

Emily is a dual degree holder having completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant at Seton Hall University and her Master of Science in Social Work at Columbia University.

Her resume chronicles diverse educational and work experiences. While completing her medical education at Seton Hall, Emily participated in 60 weeks of varied clinical experiences, a distinguishing feature of the Seton Hall PA program. Emily also served as a Graduate Assistant and participated in the International Innovation Project in Copenhagen, Denmark- her team winning Best Innovation Idea. Additionally, she has accumulated a decade of experience working for social service programs, studied abroad in the UK and participated in the Disney college program.

Emily is in a unique and exciting position because the skills she has developed, through both her education and work experience, offer an excellent foundation for providing quality health care. The opportunity to merge her unique skill sets are not only personally rewarding, but provide her patients, especially women, with urologic needs.
